Information pursuant to art. 13 EU Reg. 27 April 2016 n. 679 Pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation, relating to the protection of natural persons with reference to the processing of personal data, we inform you that the personal data of the employee/collaborator and his/her family members are processed in accordance with the following principles and rules.

General principles of treatment

The processing will be carried out through collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction and will be carried out by the owner, the managers and the persons authorized to process. Personal data are: processed lawfully, correctly and transparently; collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and subsequently processed in a manner that is not incompatible with such purposes; adequate, relevant, limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; accurate and updated, with the Data Controller undertaking to adopt the necessary measures to delete or rectify the data in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested party for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were processed; processed with the utmost confidentiality, both with computer and paper tools, in compliance with the principles set out in the European Regulation on the protection of personal data, the provisions issued by the Supervisory Authority and in any case in such a way as to guarantee adequate security, including protection, with adequate technical and organizational measures, from unauthorized or unlawful processing or even accidental loss.

(a) Identity and contact details of the data controller

The data controller is MINUZZO SRL with registered office in Marostica, Via Marsan, n. 46/F, PI 03052720244. For the purposes of exercising the rights provided for by the Regulation and for any request relating to personal data, the interested party may contact the Data Controller by sending a communication to the email address info@minuzzo.it.

(b) Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Personal data are processed by MINUZZO SRL for the following purposes:

  • negotiation and conclusion of the contract;
  • fulfillment of contractual obligations, both principal and ancillary;
  • carrying out verification and control activities before or after the execution of the contract;
  • fulfill the accounting, administrative, fiscal and civil obligations required by law.
  • respond to requests for information sent by the interested party;
  • direct sales, sending of advertising material, market research, commercial communication, both through the use of traditional methods (paper mail or telephone calls with an operator) and through the use of automated methods (e-mail, fax, pre-recorded telephone calls, MMS, SMS, WhatsApp and similar);
  • communication of data to third parties for marketing purposes.

For the same purposes, the data of natural persons who are employees and/or self-employed workers of current or potential client companies of MINUZZO SRL are processed. The processing of personal data for the purposes indicated in points 1-5 is lawful as it is “ necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject ” (art. 6, letter b) of the European Regulation) and as it is “ necessary  to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject ” (art. 6, letter c) of the European Regulation 679/2016).

The processing of personal data for the purposes indicated in points 6 – 7 is lawful if and to the extent that the interested party has expressed consent to the processing of his/her personal data, pursuant to art. 6, letter a) of European Regulation 679/2016.

The interested party is also informed that the personal data that MINUZZO SRL will come into possession of at the time of the conclusion of the contract with the customer, and in particular the email address, may be used in the future for promotional activities relating to services similar to those covered by the contract. The interested party may always oppose the processing, with a simple request to be sent to the Data Controller at the email address indicated. The processing in question is lawful as it is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller (art. 6, letter f) of European Regulation 679/2016).
