M Residence is the winner in the category “Residential Buildings with a Gross Floor Area from 5,000 to 10,000

M Residence received recognition as the winner in the category “Residential Buildings with a Gross Floor Area from 5,000 to 10,000 sq m” at the National “Building of the Year” Competition. Established in 2002, the National “Building of the Year” Competition is among the most recognizable forums in Bulgaria for honoring contemporary achievements in construction and architecture.

The award was presented to the M Residence project—a boutique residential building that combines high standards of execution, architectural clarity, and a comfortable living environment.

About the M Residence Project
M Residence is located in the Boyana district and offers a limited number of homes designed with a focus on space, light, and a sense of tranquility. The project comprises a gross floor area of 8,194 sq m, 1+6 floors, and 18 apartments.
