The new M Residence project in Malinova Dolina occupies a strategic location on the newly designed and soon-to-be-opened Prof. Zhivko Stalev Street — a key new connection to Okolovrasten Road (Sofia Ring Road). This significantly improves access to the city’s main arteries as well as to the capital’s primary exit routes.

The building is constructed with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure, providing a solid and stable foundation.
The facades of M Residence Solis will be finished with high-quality mineral plaster, which ensures long-lasting durability.
The roofs are flat and are fully thermally insulated, vapor-sealed, and waterproofed to ensure long-lasting protection and effective insulation.
The exterior and interior walls are built with Wienerberger bricks from Austria.
The railings will be made of glass or metal to complement the elegant look of the building.
The thermal insulation system is from BAUMIT PRO with a thickness of 100 mm, also from Austria, for optimal energy efficiency.
Facade lighting will be integrated and controlled with a timer for automatic on and off.
The glass units of the windows will be six-chamber, made of German PVC profile with triple glazing, providing excellent noise insulation and energy efficiency.
The building is equipped with high-quality elevators from brands such as ORONA, KONE, OTIS, with stainless steel cabins and modern functionalities.
The floors of the terraces are made of high-quality Italian granite tiles for outdoor use, the ceilings are according to an architectural design. The terraces have heated anti-freeze funnels for effective drainage.
The central lobby and floor corridors are finished with gypsum plaster, putty and latex, and the flooring is made of high-quality granite tiles according to the project.
Underground parking with automatic garage doors of the "flying wing" type. Polished concrete flooring, ventilation system and marking according to the project. The underground parking has modern electrical installation and lighting.
Built-in copper routes for easy and aesthetic installation of air conditioning systems. This saves time and inconvenience and guarantees clean and professional execution, without additional construction interventions after commissioning.
The water supply system is made of polypropylene pipes. Individual water meters with remote reading. The sewage system is made of PVC pipes, discharged into the city sewer.
Fully finished with installed central and apartment electrical panels. Circuit breakers and surge protection are included. The lighting in the rooms is designed according to their functions.
The facility is provided with a lightning protection installation designed to prevent direct and indirect lightning strikes on the building.
